jistá prestiž spojená s tak velkým zaměstnavatelem
Úplně všechno - nejhorší pracoviště, na kterém jsem kdy byla - nulový respekt nadřízených, neměla jsem místo na práci, neustálý hluk na pracovišti,

Kantyna - dobre ceny za hlavni jidlo (plus caj/stava zdarma) ale bohuzel to je asi vse.
Predevsim velmi nizky plat, coz bylo hlavnim duchodem meho odchodu. Malo benefitu, nebyla multisport karta...

Dobre přispěvky a pohodove kolektivy,vyplata dobra a vzdy v terminu.
Vedouci prAcovnici at maji lidsky přistup,neintrikovat a byt kamarady a slušny kolektiv.Pokud se vyskytne oddeleni,kde je velka fluktuace ,neni to v zamestnsncich.Dobry vedouci,dobry kolektiv je znat i na dobře odvaděne pracw s pacientama.

Velká odbornost lékařů, slušný kolektiv, bohužel špatný přímý nadřízený
vyměnit vedoucího pracovníka zdravotnického personálů, nejedná se o lékaře, lepší organizace, zlepšení podmínek sester, s tím souvisí zvýšit počet pomocného personálů a lépe je zaplatit.
