Na vše jsou vzory, které se musí používat. Pevná pracovní doba, jen přestávka na oběd, prakticky si není možné ani nic napracovat. Člověk dostává příkazy, které má vykonat, diskuze neexistuje. Očekává se, že vydrží 8 hodin denně pracovat na počítači.
