Benefity, podpora vzdělávání, možný široký profesní růst, známý brand, cenné zkušenosti, které posouvají dále.

-Společnost je velký kolos, takže propojení všech zaměstnanců tak, aby všichni věřili v jedno a tahali za jeden provaz je složité. Z toho vyplývá, že když se něco řeší, ochota jiného odd. pomoci není taková, jaká by se očekávala. - Nízké mzdy prodejních pozic ve srovnání s akvizicí třeba Lidlu...

Kreativní prostředí, možnost uplatnit svůj názor, výhody korporace - benefity, hodně kontaktů, kvalitní spolupracovníci.

Přeci jen jsme velká korporace, občas jdou věci pomalu a složitě, hodně předpisů a složitých procesů, ale měníme se k lepšímu :-)

je to sociální ústav, tak kdybych chtěl odpočívat, jdu pracovat sem.

kariérní plán nedržet, ale odstavit neschopné lidi z pozic, kde brzdí změnit obchodní model retailu, protože akorát více lidí naštvou, než uspokojí
