máme zajímavé benefity, např. příspěvek na hlídání dětí, volno na odpočinek, zdravotní volno, flexibilní pracovní doba

Benefity a dny volna jsou super - dovolená, sickdays, Můj den.

Je to prostě velký korporát, některé věci trvají déle, než by člověk čekal nebo je zvyklý z menší firmy.
