Moznosti si prividelat.přesčasy a bonusi.

Lidem kteri pracuji dele jak rok a spolehlive dat plat na urovni rakouských kolegů a ne neustále přijímat nové nezkušené pracovníky kteří nejsou tak kvalitni a zkušení tim padem firma neustále postrádá kvalitu .

Oceňuji,že nikdy nepříjde výplata později jak 15.

Rozhodně chování vedení závodu. Určité pracovní pošty jsou zbytečné a ještě k tomu daleko víc placené. Vykázat cizince z GG + transfery kterým platí 2x větší platy než vlastním zaměstnancům.

Oceňuji přístup mého nadřízeného.Jako plus uvedu kantýnu ve firmě, mzda chodila vždycky včas.

Umožňuje kariérní růst, dává zajímavé benefity, poskytuje potřebné školení zaměstnancům - jazyky, excel, atd.

Je nedostatek pracovníků na různých odděleních a občas se to neřeší včas.
