Snad je pravidelné výplaty

Není žádná dlouhodobá vize. Skoro každý měsíc je vše úplně jinak, ať už prohazování manažerů, nebo rozmístění strojů. Firma asi sama neví, co chce. Pokud něco nefunguje, vymyslí se další graf, statistika, nebo se nabere další asistentka. Nikdo se nezamyslí nad příčinou

finanční ohodnocení je slušné což je velmi podstatné. Cením také nezadržování vyplacení mezd, Vše dojde kdy má a tak ja mam pohodlí a jistotu, že vše bude zaplacene včas.

Dlouhodobá práce, vyplácení mzdy v termínu ještě dřívějším, než je na smlouvě, skvělý kolektiv na mém úseku, komunikace s nadřízeným.

Zamyslela bych se,jestli tam není zbytečně moc administrativních pracovníků a hlavně že všichni si plní své povinnosti a ne stresují operátory u legebretu.A také zda mají vzdělání na ty pozice, které zastávají.

Jedině snad,že zaměstnává docela dost lidí,i když cizinců je čím dál víc a slyšet české slovo je svátek,jinak někteří nadřízení-hrůza.Naše mistrové -super ženské.
