Mnagement. Obrovské náklady na Interim managery. Místo aby si vážili zaměstnanců z blízkho okolí raději upřednostňují ty kteří musí dojíždět.

Arogance nadřízených. Špatné platové ohodnocení. Špatná personální politika. Nedostatek kvaltní pracovní síly.

Za vše strhávají peníze a nechovají se slušně k lidem. 70% cizinců kteří jsou lépe placení než češi a ani nemusí plnit vysoké normy

Výplata přijde vždy ve stanoveném termínu

Dříve jsem to zde měla ráda, dobrý kolektiv, práce co mě bavila, vedení alespoň trochu spolupracovalo a zajímalo se o naše názory, rady atd.. Hlavně se jednalo.. Nikdo se tolik nepovyšoval, nerozdávaly se takové pokuty. Práce probíhala v klidu a v dobré normě. Dříve se každý dobrý pracant tak nějak cenil. Změnila bych určitě ty, co tohle všechno hodily do koše. Každý druhý si zde říká: na čase jít o dům dál a nejvíc smutné je, že firma dělá vše tak, že jim je to vlastně úplně jedno. Chápu že každá firma chce růst a měnit se k lepšímu, ale tato to vzala za hodně špatný konec..
