Mnoho firemních benefitů, akcí. Dovolené v zahraničí. Skvělá atmosféra v rámci porad. Vždy zajímavé programy v rámci porady, večírků. Nejvíce jsem spokojená se svým týmem, nadřízeným.

Oceňuji ve firmě vstřícnost, možnost vzdělávat se, pracovat na sobě. Nadprůměrnou odměnu, řadu benefitů ze strany firmy.

Profesionální přístup nadřízených Nadstandardní platové ohodnocení Mnoho firemních benefitů Přátelský kolektiv

Order and rules

Protože je vytvořen kvalitní a duplikovatelný systém práce, díky kterému se dosahuje nadstandartních výkonů. Samozřejmě za předpokladu, že se tento systém dodržuje. Dále ve firmě funguje kvalitní zpětná vazba na odvedenou práci, která pomáhá hlavně sebezdokonalování.

Na práci v Benefit Investment jsem narazil náhodou přes mého spolužáka, který mi doporučil tuto firmu, protože pomáhá lidem. Ano pomáhá lidem a to byl ten hlavní důvod, proč jsem se rozhodl pro tuto společnost! Benefit a pracovníci firmy se starají o zajištění svých klientů a pomáhají svým klientům s řešením složitých situací, když nastane pojistná událost a chrání tak jejich finanční zdraví. S prací jsem velmi spokojený a práci v Benefitu mohu jen doporučit.

Jsou to dva roky i s cestou, co jsem nastoupila do Benefitu a nemůžu vynachválit. Před nástupem jsem nevěděla o financích a pojištění skoro nic a během dvou měsíců dokáží naučit všechno! Skvělý individuální přístup. Navíc se dbá i na určení cílů a přání a na jejich splnění a to mě k té práci motivuje ještě mnohem více! Verča :)
