Možnost osobního rozvoje - moderní technologie a postupy, sbírání zkušeností skrz různé pozice (job rotace), přístup ke vzdělání - školení. Péče zaměstnavatele o zaměstnance - zaměstnanecké výhody, plán osobního rozvoje. Alfou-Omegou je tým (přímý nadřízený a kolegové), je to individuální záležitost dle útvaru, ve zdravotnictví velmi dobrý. Mnoho kolegů je vstřícných a přátelských.
Minusem by mohlo být pár kolegů-jedinců, kteří jsou profesně-pracovně velmi zdatní, avšak osobnostně nejsou vyzrálí, jsou emočně nestabilní, pozornost obrací na slabá místa projektu/druhých namísto na splnění cíle a spolupráci. Vzhledem k velikosti společnosti se objevuje i politikaření.
