Naučila jsem se komunikovat s lidmi a mnoho dalších věcí

Protože když tam pracujete víc jak půl roku, tak vás jen tak nemůžou vyhodit, když nebudete zvládat svoji práci, tak vás nevyhodí, nabídnou Vám jinou a třeba jednodušší, ale samozřejmě za míň peněz

Protože ty benefity a odměny, co tam nabízí jinde ve firmě nenajdete

Trismenny provoz, systém pracovní a jednání s lidmi a díky rodinným příslušníkům nemáte žádný postup na kariéru a peníze vám nezvýší než tam budete rok a déle... Nedoporučuji mladým lidem

Čistá práce, skvělí zaměstnanci a nadřízení, žádná dřina, pěkné peníze a hlavně mě ta práce moc bavila. Hned bych se tam vrátila

Myslím a co si pamatuji,tak nebylo nic s čím bych byla nespokojená.

Zlepšit ubytování v okolí závodu Kvasiny (ne ubytovny).

Zajímavé benefity. Naučili mě to, nikdy nikomu never. Sám sebe proveruj.

Neplnění slíbených benefitu k dané pozici. Na služební auto čekám již přes 2 roky.

Jako všude , vždy záleží na jaký daný kolektiv narazíte. Prošel jsem si ve Škoda auto a.s 4pracovníma pozicema...mohu říct , že jen jednou jsem narazil na vedoucího, kterého neměl rád nikdo, a podle toho pak ten kolektiv vypadal..mizerně..kolektiv pak negungoval jako tým. Nikdy jsem neměl problém , že by mě výplata dorazila pozdě.. Škodovka má super benefity. Kdybych měl odejít ze Škodovky..asi bych šel podnikat(bokem podnikám) , protože asi žádný zaměstnavatel ve východních Čechách by mi nebyl schopný dát takové podmínky jako Škoda auto a.s
