Říkalo se, že v armádě byl binec-dnes nesouhlasím. Byl tam větší pořádek, než u všech dalších zaměstnávatelů, pro které jsem pracoval. Cenil jsem si především: - kvalitní péči o lidi - jasně definované kompetence a pravomoci a z nich plynoucí povinnosti a odpovědnost.

rovnost v jednání a finančního ohodnocení ve smyslu genderových vztahů, možnost zvýšit si vzdělání, absolvovat jazykové kurzy na účet zaměstnavatele, možnost rekvalifikace při ukončení služebního poměru na účet zaměstnavatele, možnosti pro kariérní postup.

Řád a do značné míry perspektiva a postup podle pracovních výsledků. Neustálé zdokonalování a nabírání zkušeností. Benefity: pravidelný tělocvik, 14 dnů rehabilitace mimo dovolenou ( hory, bazén, odpočinek, Relax). Sportovní a kulturní akce organizované AČR
