Zřízení dětských skupin v posádkách (to jsem pomáhal prosadit), stravování na pracovišti.
Za sedm let pamatuji 7 ministrů a ministryň. Při každé změně se provádí reorganizace se všemi důsledky včetně personálních. Změny náměstků ani nejsem schopen spočítat. Změny priorit a rozpočtů také ne. V resortu přežívá duch úředníků minulé doby. Všechno písemně, lidé se bojí samostatně něco rozhodnout a podepsat. Žádanky se posílají ještě stále faxem. IT vybavení je výpravou do muzea.

Pracovní kolektiv, benefity, kariérní postup, společné cíle
Spousta zbytečností, které nebyla potřeba k výkonu funkce, velení celého útvaru nebylo na vědomostní úrovni co by mělo být, neustálé přezkušování a testy, málo pracovníků způsobilo zbytečné přesčasy, které nikdo nezaplatil
