Je kladen duraz na prijimani lidi, kteri se hodi do firmy. Tim padem je zde super atmosfera a prijemna nalada.
Vzhledem k rychlemu rustu je stale potreba zapracovat na internich procesech a celkovemu vnitrnimu chodu firmy.

Guidevision naslouchá zaměstnancům a snaží se pro ně vytvořit příjemné pracovní prostředí. GV záleží na lidech a je to vidět na všem, na kancelářích, pracovním prostředí, teambuilding akcích, na vztahu nadřízený/podřízený.
Chlebníčkové dny místo sušenko/ovocného :)

Téměř rodinná atmosféra. Dobrá práce je vždy oceněna jak spolupracovníky, tak nadřízeným, tak majiteli. Systém přidělování a kontroly práce je nastaven tak, že není možné dlouhodobě odvádět nekvalitní práci nebo se flákat. Velký důraz je kladen na neustálé vzdělávání, pro něž jsou zaměstnavatelem vytvořeny opravdu nadstandardní podmínky, které se jinde hned tak nevidí.

mladý tým, pozitivní přístup k práci i k problémům, menší týmy, vertikální komunikace.
Zaměstnanec by měl být jako kontraktor.

otevřenější a férovější zacházení s lidmi - platové změny a vykládání pravidel ve prospěch firmy proti lidem

Interních školení, firemních akcí, minima byrokracie a hlavně lidí s kterými mám možnost tu spolupracovat.
Navýšit hodnotu stravenek na 100 Kč. Trochu lepší počítač a podmínky pro získání chytrého telefonu. Možnost získat přes firmu lepší mobilní tarif než mám. Moct pracovat 100% z domova (mimo Prahu).

Lidsky prijemny pristup, ochota vyjit vzdy zamestnanci vstric, otevrenost a transparetnost, ochota prijmout kritiku a zlepsit se
Zlepsit technicke zazemi - lepsi firemni notebooky nebo aspon nahradit stare modely novymi, vetsi vstricnost a castky na technicke vybaveni (notebook, sluchatka, software ktery clovek pouziva, telefon, mys, klavesnice, moznost mit 2 monitory atd.) Dale mam jiste pochybnosti o kvalite nabranych novych lidi.
