Skvělé benefity a přístup zaměstnavatele.
Nepříliš společenská podstata práce a složitost se s někým více pobavit (i díky worklogům, které vytvářejí tlak na to se s nikým nebavit, protože by se to muselo vykázat)

Relativně neformální atmosféra, skvělí kolegové, možnost práce z domova, zajímavý klienti a projekty, starost o zaměstnance, osobní rozvoj
Technické vybavení kanceláří - na IT firmu je to vcelku pravěk. Především pak židle a monitory by zasloužily kompletní výměnu.

Guidevision je už poměrně velká firma, ale žádný korporát tu nečekejte, ani klasickou "českou" firmu. GV je skvělý. Co na GV oceňuji: Báječná atmosféra, výborní kolegové. Velký potenciál firmy do budoucna. Spousta benefitů i teambuldingů. Uplatnění Angličtiny. Možnost osobního růstu. Rozumná výplata. Možnost parkování. Prostě perfektní zaměstnání.

Development zaměstnanců Spousta příležitostí a zajímavých projektů Spousta sociálních interakcí Interní workshopy Možnost práce z domova Možnost napracovat si hodiny
Lokalita Na některých projektech je nedostatek času na vývoj => vede k zbytečnému tlaku a stresu. Většina lidí kolem je dost zaneprázdněná a občas naprosto vytížená prací, a některá část lidí zase nemá vůbec co dělat.
Pleasant work environment
Spousta sociálních interakcí, uvolněná atmosféra, společnost si stále zachovává domací, osobnější přístup.
Complex tasks
Některé věci vymyslet, případně development některých věcí není uplně lehký a je potřeba zapojit hodně velkou kreativitu a trpělivost při hledání řešení.
