Smysl pro humor. Schopnost vytloukat klín klínem. Věčný úsměv a dobrá nálada, i když se Titanic potápí.
Rozhodně zrušit dvojí metr. Přizpůsobit zázemí k obrazu 21.století (kantýna, jídelna, prostor pro kouření..). A samozřejmě finanční ohodnocení a ne lhát, že na to nejsou peníze, kdyz všichni ví, že jsou.(to se všichni dozvěděli na ročním meetingu od vedení firmy)

Po lidské stránce skvělí kolegové a dobrá parta.
Komunikace mezi odděleními i směrem vedení - zaměstnanci. Platové podmínky. Lepší organizace práce a důsledný dohled.

Moznost ziskat praxi.
Financni ohodnoceni a zavest senioritu. Nemerit ohodnoceni stejnym metrem protoze nekdo vi vic a podavaji i jine vykony. Vice se ptat lidi nez se neco udela. Prijde mi ze se zavadi vice novych narizeni ktere nemaji efekt a fungovalo to i kdyz nebyli z let predchozich

Určitě kolektiv a administrativa. Práce nebývá často extrémně těžká.
Chtělo by to 2 krátké pauzičky mimo obědovou pauzu (třeba na cigárko). Parkování před budovou je v šikmé části úzké a už mi tam ťukli do auta. Na proti budově by možná vzniklo více parkovacích míst, kdyby se parkovalo šikmě a ne podélně
