Pracovní den si plánuji sám. S kolegy se vždy domluvím, když něco potřebuji.
Lepší komunikace mezi vedením firmy a HR oddělením. Lepší manažerka HR (více informovaná, stále k dispozici zde, v Jirnech)

Společnost má k zaměstnancům lidský přístup. Pracuje pro velké světové zákazníky a pracuje na příjemném pracovním prostředí.
Pracovní prostředí by mohlo být lepší. Lepší platy by neuškodily. Zvyšování kvalifikace zaměstnanců.

Povinný pracovní oděv který jsem musel uhradit jak s obuví tak i ochranou helmou a jejich pracovní oděv. Vyžadují přesčasy ale nemají chuť za ně platit v horším případě strhavájí
