Víceméně se nedá říct, že něco výrazně oceňuji. Nějaká pozitiva tu jistě jsou, ale určitě to není nic, za bych jej měl nějak výrazněji ocenit.
Spousta věcí .... . Komunikace, platové podmínky, neodkládání důležitých věcí na později, co jde udělat v krátkém časovém sledu zbytečně neprodlužovat.

Vstřícnost - možnost plánování směn dle mého času, dobrá komunikace se zaměstnanci a vyhovení jim v jejich potřebách - např. dovoz hotového jídla, multi kartička na sport apod.
Nějaké benefity pro zaměstnance na DPP.
