Mladý kolektiv. Velký prostor pro seberozvoj a zkoušení nových věcí - pokud si je člověk zvládne obhájit. Možnost vyzkoušet široké množství technologií. Produkt lze doprovázet od začátku až k zákazníkovi, člověk není jen "kolečko ve stroji".
Některé interní směrnice na styl korporátu. Nezkušený kolektiv. Agilní procesy pro vývoj jako samo spásné řešení. Pozitivní odměňování (nenucených) přesčasů. Dlouhá doba od vývoje k zákazníkovi způsobená procesy na obou stranách.

Možnost se podílet na budování nové výjimečné české firmy téměř od počátku.
je to náročné, ale to není nespokojenost. Spíš že to není pro každého. Pokud si chcete najít teplou zašívárnu, není to pro vás. Pokud chcete něco opravdu dělat a vidět výsledky své vlastní práce, málokde jinde najdete takový prostor.
