Vedení, které je hodné respektu. Kolegové jsou profesionálové ve svém oboru. Pracovní doba není fixní a je možné pracovat z domu. Ke každému je přistupováno jako k dospělému. Z chyb se v TM učí. Vedení je blízko zaměstnancům.

Některé procesní věci nejsou vyřešené. Někdy je složité dostat se k informacím, které potřebujete.
