Oceňuji dokonalou týmovou práci. Zájem všech zaměstnanců o svou práci a maximální nasazení v tom směru.
Někdy je nejvyšší vedení až příliš manažerské a mám pocit že zapomíná že se jedná o práci s lidmi a ne kusy.

Smysluplná práce, dobrý kolektiv, individuální část pracovní´náplně, ale i týmová- dobrý tým.
Náznaky tlaku na výkon, který je těžko počitatelný. Ale nadřízený jej nenechává příliš na podřízené dopadat.
