Příjemné pracovní prostředí a dobrá parta kolegů. Vždycky, když potřebuji, najdu podporu u kolegů nebo nadřízeného. Vyhovuje mi velká míra samostatnosti, kterou na své pozici mám. Na Cestě domů mě baví to, že se tu pořád něco děje a práce je hodně rozmanitá.

Práce je někdy opravdu hodně, ale je to práce, která má velký smysl.

Nejvíce spokojen jsem s náplní práce. Dále si cením lidí v Cestě domů, a to od těch, kteří pracují nejdále ode mne, až k mým nejbližším kolegům. Bez nich by to byla "jen" práce. To oni jsou tou hodnotou, že se do práce těším.

Kromě toho, že to mám daleko do práce, mě nic nenapadá. To ale nejde na vrub CD.

Cením si velké podpory v individuálních možnostech každého kolegy v týmu. Vnímám prostor pro vlastní nápady a podporu v jejich realizaci.

Někdy mám pocit, že výhled do budoucna a rozvoj organizace i rozsah zamýšlených služeb předbíhá mou potřebu usazení se v jistotě poskytovaných služeb.

Práce s lidmi, která dává smyls. Výborný kolektiv kolegů.
