- vstřícný a fungující tým - možnost celoročního vzdělávání - společné porady, intervize, individuální a skupinové supervize - možnost sick day - samostatná kancelář
- ráda bych jela na teambuilding - je zde prostor pro zlepšení komunikace - horší je vzhled budovy, zima na chodbách a toaletě

Oceňuji, že v organizaci pracují zkušení odborníci . A v našem kolektivu se mohu na všechny s důvěrou obrátit. Taká se mi libí, že se mohu díky kurzům dovzdělávat a učit se nové věci.

důraz na vzdělávání materiální zajištění snaha modernizovat organizaci

příjemní spolupracovníci kolem mě dovolená navíc + sick days
home office pro pozice, které řeší provozní a technické věci - bez vyrušování klienty by se dalo mnohem efektivněji pracovat stejná a transparentní pravidla pro všechny služby - tam kde to samozřejmě jde (potřebuji optimalizovat práci, aby byla co nejefektivnější v nejkratším čase, aby administrativa nebrala tolik času)

více než polovina zaměstnanců jsou mladí lidé s potenciálem. Není to ale pravidlem, věková struktura je různorodá. Firma dává příležitost všem schopným lidem. Pouze více jich je mladých :)

zaměstnavatel vítá, když si zaměstnanec rozšiřuje vzdělání, které úzce souvisí s jeho pracovní pozicí a náplní
