Kladen důraz na profesní rozvoj, kvalitní péči o klienty, týmovou práci, intervizní a supervizní vedení. Oceňuji týmovost, kolegialitu, benefity organizace.

Ocenila bych možné homeofficy, v případě administrativy, flexibilnější pracovní dobu.
