individualni pristup, prilezitost i pro ne IT typy, clovek si tam muze najit oblast, ktera ho zajima, ve ktere se chce zokonalit a tim se muze profesne posunout dal, ale je to o dovednostech a schopnostech
je to kolos a nektere procesy jsou dost komplexni a zdlouhave .. je to dane byrokracii, pak jsou tu veci, ktere jsou tlacene od tech nejvyssich z globalu, a s tim se nic neudela

- Multinarodní společnost. Stále má dobré jméno na trhu. Myšlenka IBM je celkově dobrá věc jen sem tam ti manažeři to někdy zamotají a pak lidé odejdou, jinak je to dobrá firma, která má budoucnost.
- Bych spíše víc zaměřil na people management a plat lidí. Myslím aspon na té pozici, kde jsem pracoval nebylo zvladnuto.

People management. Too much people for one "people"manager. Is impossible For 1 manager to have more than 40 emp. a be informed and fair
