Pokud na sobě pracujete, můžete poměrně rychle karierně růst. Nutnost minimálně dvou dobrých nápadů ročně. Na začátku pracovního poměru studujete desítky až stovky dokumentů (mnohdy i takových, které se vůbec netýkají vaší práce) a děláte testy.

Je to pro nováčky -absolventy, mladé lidi start, kde získají první pracovní zkušenosti, do všeho je tam zasvětí, proškolí, dají vám patrona... Začlení se do různorodého kolektivu a naučí se "zapadnout". Pokud jsou ještě bez závazků(dětí) mají šanci si i vydělat.
