Ferovost jednání a plat.
Změnil bych zaskolovaci systém a hlavně bych posílil podporu řidičů že stránky Depa. Stanovil bych počet zásilek na jednoho dorucovatele aby nedochazelo k přetížení počtem doručováných zásilek. Určitě bych ale dal na firemní kulturu u subdodavatelu pracovní síly.
