Nadřízená mi velmi vycházela vstříc ohledně směn. Nikdo se nehzrozil když mi onemocnělo dítě, tohle chápali.

Určitě komunikace. Bohužel nebyl čas na komunikaci jak s kolegy tak s nadřízenými. Všechno bylo takové honem honem, hlavně makat a nekecat, takže jsme se s kolegy prakticky neznali.

Skvela pece o zamestnance. Flexibilni benefity. Sesty tyden dovolene je super. Uzasne firemni akce.

Flexible working hours

DPD díky pružné pracovní době pomáhá zaměstnancům skloubit pracovní a soukr. život. Není důležité od kdy do kdy sedíme v práci, ale podstatnější je, zda odvádíme dobrou práci a máme výsledky.

Pleasant work environment

Ve firmě jsem skoro 4 roky a za tu dobu bylo nově postaveno několik moderních dep. Letos se navíc budou ve spolupráci s architektem upravovat stávající prostory na centrále v Modleticích, takže pracovní prostředí je zde neustále zlepšováno a modernizováno. Do práce tak člověk chodí rád a těší se tam.

Velice otevřená a férová politika společnosti. Zájem o růst zaměstnanců.

Systémovější řízení a komunikace mezi jednotlivými odděleními.

Pracovního kolektivu, který se žel rozpadl po té, co Pardubická pobočka odstěhovala do jiného města. Chvíli jsem by v DPD i po stěhování, tak mohu srovnávat.
