Nerovný přístup k zaměstnancům od jednoho managera pro oblast, kde jsem působil/a, velice špatný kolektiv, neinformovanost, malý plat

Manipulace se zasilkami není nikterak těžká. Kam balík uložit nebo kam ho vyndat zvládne každý. Zaškolení je dopřáno každému.

Podřízení v kanceláři jsou férový Nevím zda spokojený
Dohodnuté domluvy jsou bezpředmětné. Vyplácení odměn nejen manažerů, ale i u nižších postů není adekvátní. Stále musíte být na telefonu Víkendy slíbené volné, ale stejně chodíte min. 1 x za měsíc do práce
Security and stability
Jistota, že balíky stále budou. Stabilita, ze pokud nebudete mit špatného vedoucího, tak se udržíte. Horší je to s lidmi co si myslí, že vše umí a nechtějí poradit novackovi.

Bohužel žádná spokojenost díky neférovému jednání nadřízené, které vnáší do celého kolektivu velmi špatnou náladu, pak jsou benefity k ničemu.
