Vyžaduje pracovní nasazení 12 i více hodin za odměnu, kterou slíbí, ale povětšinou nevyplatí. Ochota pracovat v náročném stresovém řízení stavby je považováno za důkaz věrnosti firmě, samozřejmě bez nároku na odměnu. Stavby jsou termínově velmi napjaté a nutnost pracovat více jak 12hodin je téměř nevyhnutelná, dohadování se subdodavateli a někdy i zástupci investora je dobrodružné.
