Přátelský kolektiv. Ale hodně kolegů, které jsem znal firmu opustilo.
Vedení firmy nebere ohledy na osobní život zaměstnanců. Vydíráním se snaží přimět zaměstnance k přesčasům, které stejně neproplácí. Někteří nadřízení z pozic projekt managerů se chovají k podřízeným neslýchaným způsobem.
Complex tasks
Vyžaduje pracovní nasazení 12 i více hodin za odměnu, kterou slíbí, ale povětšinou nevyplatí. Ochota pracovat v náročném stresovém řízení stavby je považováno za důkaz věrnosti firmě, samozřejmě bez nároku na odměnu. Stavby jsou termínově velmi napjaté a nutnost pracovat více jak 12hodin je téměř nevyhnutelná, dohadování se subdodavateli a někdy i zástupci investora je dobrodružné.

Větší motivace zaměstnanců ke spolehlivé a zodpovědné práci (mnoho zaměstnanců si jen odpracuje své, ale nedává tomu přidanou hodnotu).
