pracovní doba stravování
strategie firmy spolupráce s vedením nevyužití pracovní doby
No overtime
Pokud se nejedná o práci přímo na huti u pecí, tak ostatní pozice jsou pouze na ranní směnu. Firma přežívá jen tak tak, zakázky jsou nárazové, takže nejsou peníze na proplácení přesčasů. Aby zaměstnanec pracoval déle než od 6.00 do 14.30 h - tak to už by musel být velmi mimořádný případ.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Je tam hodně dělnických profesí. Což znamená, že je to většinou práce "na zaučení" Můžou tam tedy pracovat i lidé z naprosto odlišných oborů.

Nevšední a velmi zajímavá odborná práce šikovných umělců ve výrobě.
Ekonomicky velmi slabá firma, zařazena do firmy v tísni a od toho se vše odvíjí.

několik opravdu kvalifikovaných lidí napříč profesemi, díky nimž firma přežívá
již tam nejsem dlouho, ale pokud se bavím náhodou s nějakým současným zaměstnancem, jsou velmi zklamáni vývojem ve firmě a neustálým střídáním lidí na vedoucích pozicích, kteří nemají k firmě/produktu vztah - to byl i důvod mého odchodu
