Pokud se nejedná o práci přímo na huti u pecí, tak ostatní pozice jsou pouze na ranní směnu. Firma přežívá jen tak tak, zakázky jsou nárazové, takže nejsou peníze na proplácení přesčasů. Aby zaměstnanec pracoval déle než od 6.00 do 14.30 h - tak to už by musel být velmi mimořádný případ.
