S ničím.
Prostředí, čistota vzduchu, neslušné chování se zaměstnanci, ne férové jednání, zamestaji vás na,, manažerské pozici" ale smlouvu vám dají na tuto pozici až uznaji za vhodné, někdy ani neuznaji. Tzv. Příplatky za týmovou práci vám klidně seberou a neřeknou proč. Prokazují, kdy si můžete vzít dovolenou a dávají zákazy dovolených.

Opportunity to work during studies
Dá se s nimi domluvit na směnách tak, aby to oběma stranám vyhovovalo, ale pouze v případě, že je dostatek lidí, kteří budou vykonávat práci. pokud je vyšší nemocnost tak smůla.

Protože vezmou každého, jelikož je málo lidí, kteří by dělali vedení poskoky.

Vyzdvihl bych možnost pracovat s nejmodernějšími technologiemi,rozvíjet se. Co se týče kolegů,tak s většinou z nich mám super vztah nejen v práci,ale i mimo ni.
Nevybavuji si nic,co by mi nějak výrazně vadilo,aby to stálo za zmínku.

Jedině, že výplata chodí pravidelně na účet.....
Nedostatek montážních pracovníků a tím spousta nekvalitního leasingu, někdy opravdu hrůza, až se za to stydím, s čím musíme na linkách pracovat.

Jistota a stabilita
Nejvíc mi vadí vodoucí pracovníci, kteří problematice odvětví které řídí většinou vůbec nerozumí. Benefity ,které máme nejsou většinou benefity, ale standard. Některé benefity, které jsou jinde standard u nás nejsou (stravenky). Jidelna je hrozná a ty ceny jsou jak na pumpě na D1 (bageta téměř suchá bez náplně za 55kč, to jsou na pumpách za stejné ceny lepší).
