Přiljmné prostředí, volná pracovní doba, uznání, férové jednání, zajímavá náplň práce.

Poměrně velký technický dluh, více investovat do kvality kódu a používaných nástrojů a technologií. Pravidelné one to one, hodnotící pohovory, osobní cíle, vzdělávání a školení.

Možnost individuální domluvy a řešení situací při skloubení osobního života a práce. Někdy i možnost domluvy řesení, která by se v jiných firmách dohodnout často nedala.

Absence ohodnocení nebo odměn nad rámec fixního finančního ohodnocení v závislosti na efektivitě práce zaměstnance a přínosu projektu na kterém pracuje. Často nízká informovanost zaměstnanců o dění ve společnosti.

Cením si především možnosti práce v nadnárodní společnosti, možnosti osobního rozvoje a viditelného karieérního postupu. Zaměstnavatel se zároveň snaží co nejvíce zpříjemnit výkon práce.

Standardem na trhu práce je 5 týdnů dovolené - nyní máme pouze 4 týdny, což dle mého názoru zaměstnavatele dosti diskvalifikuje.
