Člověk se za běhu může naučit nové věci, stačí pouze chtít.

Větší analýza tasků, po analýze už by mohl být nastíněno jak řešit, nemusí si tohle DB vymýšlet sama.

Přátelský kolektiv. Velmi příjemné vedení firmy i prostředí. Všechno se dalo vyřešit, ale muselo se to začít řešit včas. Občasné přesčasy byly velmi příjemně kompenzované volnem.

lepší plat, jednoznačnější určení na čem mám dělat a jaké jsou priority, nevím ale jestli je to ještě aktuální po těch letech

Uprimnosti, otvorenosti a snahy menit veci k lepsimu

menej PHP a viac Pythonu alebo inych jazykov. PHP sa na obecny backend nehodi.
