Nikdy jsem nevěděl kolik bude plat. A práce náročná. Musíte hledat klienty obvolávat lidi. A z toho jste živí. Musíte udělat zkoušky které nejsou úplně lehké. Projít školením 2 měsíce. A nakonec stejně brzy skončíte. Pokud nejste opravdu šikovný obchodník. Jste OSVČ a výplata je mizerná.

Získáte finanční gramotnost a naučíte se obchod, jednat s lidmi. Případně odstraníte ostych z osobní komunikace.

Že začátku podpora nadřízeného.
Prace je orientovaná pouze na smlouvy, a na to v jaké hodnotě jsou. V práci můžete trávit celé a dny a dělat servis pro zákazníky, ale za to není žádné ohodnocení. Při nástupu mi slibovali podporu pro nováčky, ale ani slovem nezmínili, že je to podmíněno produkcí.
