Že začátku podpora nadřízeného.
Prace je orientovaná pouze na smlouvy, a na to v jaké hodnotě jsou. V práci můžete trávit celé a dny a dělat servis pro zákazníky, ale za to není žádné ohodnocení. Při nástupu mi slibovali podporu pro nováčky, ale ani slovem nezmínili, že je to podmíněno produkcí.

Příjemné prostředí, stabilní zázemí renomované firmy, férová šéfka, možnost ovlivnit svůj příjem pracovním výkonem, ve zkušební době zaručená mzda bez ohledu na výsledek
Tenkrát jsem byla ve výrazně nižší věkové kategorii než zbytek osazenstva, takže jsem příliš nezapadla
