I am super happy with the way my team works and their availability to share knowledge, brainstorm, support and encourage. I am also excited to work on cross departmental projects and be included. I am learning a lot even about things I thought I knew already - needless to say I am learning a lot about creating an effective knowledgebase, designing useful content. I also love that I get to do things I was trained for (targeted content writing, voicing over, training materials etc.) It may be slow going right now but I am determined to speed the process up. However, I am thankful to everyone at Pricefx for being patient while I go through the specific learning curve.
