Your tasks – what can you expect?

• Own and coordinate the global demand planning process across multiple production sites.
• Consolidate local forecasts into one consistent group demand plan, ensuring alignment across the organization and prepare demand reviews for the S&OP process.
• Challenge local forecasts where they deviate from market signals, customer call-offs or sales input.
• Analyze demand drivers, forecast assumptions, and market trends to improve planning accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain forecasting models and planning parameters within Kinaxis Maestro.
• Ensure data consistency between SAP and planning systems, including new product launches and phase-outs.
• Plan demand for new projects, product ramp-ups, and customer programs in cooperation with our Sales Department.
• Act as first point of contact and trainer for the plant demand planners and sales planners.
• Support the extension of the S&OP process into supply planning: contribute to process design, build the planning logic in Kinaxis Maestro, and act as key user in the implementation project.

Your profile – who are we looking for?

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or comparable practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or a comparable role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with advanced planning solutions such as Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder, or comparable systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets, trends, and forecasts.
• Solid understanding of forecasting methods, demand planning processes, and S&OP principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas, …), Hands-on experience with an ERP System (e.g. SAP) is a big plus. • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
