As a Global Lean Production Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in driving global standardization and efficiency across production and maintenance processes within our international operations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and work with teams worldwide to implement best practices in Lean and Production systems.

Your tasks – what can you expect?

• Create and maintain Global Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop clear, visual work instructions used across our global sites
• Maintain and streamline manufacturing databases
• Work with bill of materials, routing, time standards, and maintenance master data
• Perform basic data analyses to support decision-making
• Coordinate project administration and track deadlines
• Document process changes during global project implementations
• Participate in Kaizen events driven by our global lean organization
• Support the rollout of lean tools directly in production environments

Your profile – who are we looking for?

• High school or university degree. Economic or technical background is an advantage, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to understand and describe workflows
• High precision and attention to detail
• Solid MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with MES & ERP systems; SAP or S/4HANA is a plus
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Curious, motivated, and ready for a challenge
• Occasional travel—always planned in advance
