What you will do:
- Support young people in C4C‘s Rise Up Community - education, employment, housing, and personal development
- Coordinate teachers and mentors in C4C’s Springboard to Life program
- Communicate with directors and care givers of Children’s Homes
- Organize workshops, community weekends, and themed events
- Manage program documentation and statistics in compliance with GDPR
Who we are looking for:
- Someone with experience coordinating projects or programs
- A proactive and independent person able to manage multiple tasks at once
- A communicative individual who enjoys working with a great team of teachers, mentors, and colleagues
- Education in social work, education, or psychology is a plus
- Fluent Czech, English and a driving license
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office or equivalent is a must
