Join us and help institutionalized children and young people grow, learn, and prepare for adult life.

What you will do:

  • Support young people in C4C‘s Rise Up Community - education, employment, housing, and personal development
  • Coordinate teachers and mentors in C4C’s Springboard to Life program
  • Communicate with directors and care givers of Children’s Homes
  • Organize workshops, community weekends, and themed events
  • Manage program documentation and statistics in compliance with GDPR


Who we are looking for:

  • Someone with experience coordinating projects or programs
  • A proactive and independent person able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • A communicative individual who enjoys working with a great team of teachers, mentors, and colleagues
  • Education in social work, education, or psychology is a plus
  • Fluent Czech, English and a driving license
  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Office or equivalent is a must
