We are strengthening our inhouse SAP team as we transition our landscape towards into S/4HANA and modern integration solutions. This creates a long-term opportunity for you as a SAP Inhouse Consultant SCM to grow your expertise, work with up-to-date SAP technologies and be directly involved in shaping future processes and solutions.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • A mid-level, business-driven SAP SCM Inhouse Consultant focused on supporting and improving forecasting and demand planning processes.
  • The role centers on maintaining and validating planning data, ensuring correct information flow between SAP ECC and planning tools such as Kinaxis, and providing day-to-day support to supply chain and demand planning teams.
  • This position requires strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, MRP parameters and SAP master data - combined with the ability to analyze planning data and support process improvements.
  • The role is not production-focused — it operates clearly within SCM Planning and collaborates closely with demand planners, supply chain teams, and the SAP Inhouse Team to ensure stable and accurate planning processes.
  • Work place: Mikulov or Brno

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the business projects in the area of forecasting and demand planning activities.
  • Maintain and validate planning data exchanged between SAP and tools such as Kinaxis.
  • Ensure correctness of planning-related master data and parameters used in forecasting (MRP fields, lead times, units, minimum stock…).
  • Translate business inputs into system-ready planning data and support improvements in forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the testing and rollout of planning-related enhancements and interface updates.
  • Cooperate closely with the SAP Inhouse Team to align planning-related changes, data flows and system behavior.
  • Work closely with demand planners and supply chain teams to understand business priorities.
  • Document planning-related processes, data flows and system changes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the forecasting area.

PROFILE:

  • Experience with SAP SCM in a business-supporting role (MM, PP) - experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus).
  • Strong business understanding of forecasting, demand planning or supply planning.
  • Ability to work with planning data: demand history, consumption patterns, planning parameters, master data.
  • Interest in or experience with Kinaxis or other advanced planning tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Please note that we only can accept Applications in English or German due to processing purposes. Additionally, our hybrid working model is based on a 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work arrangement; a fully remote placement is not possible in this position.
