Dobrý kolektiv lidí, šance vybudovat něco úplně od začátku. Flexibilita, volné ruce pro práci.
Občanská vybavenost místa závodu (chybějící zastávka autobusu atd. - je to nový průmyslový park na kraji ČB)

Firma je původem z Číny a lokálně zaměstnává jednak několik kolegů z Číny a jednak i několik cizinců z lokálního trhu. Zároveň je zákazníkem Německé BMW a dodavatelé jsou z celého světa. Využití cizích jazyků je zde na denní bázi.

Jsem spokojená, protože máme skvělý kolektiv, jasně dané zodpovědnosti a vždy vím, na koho se obrátit. Všichni jsou ochotní pomoct a je skvělé být u začátků firmy v tak pěkném prostředí a podílet se na výrobě krásných sedaček.
Vylepšila bych komunikaci mezi námi a čínskými kolegy – občas mají více informací, o které se s námi nepodělí. Nemyslím si, že je to záměrné, ale je to škoda, protože by nám to mohlo pomoct pracovat efektivněji.

There are so many foreign colleagues, we can learn different culture\work mindset\languages, which is better for me. Also it is a new company, we could show our capability, to make a brilliant future.
Also, it is a new company , the organization is young, we should learn a lot things and give our professional experience to build up the organization capability. we believe that we can make it happen by our effort.

při náboru slibovali vše krásné. 13.plat, peníze a další realita na smlouvě je jiná 1/3 mzdy pohyblivá složka - která je nenárokovatelná - kdy řeknou že chtějí dát maximální prémie, ale při tom na ně takřka nedosáhnete nadměrný dohled nekompetentní vedoucí je toho až příliš negativního
