Nemakačenkům bych dal výpověď a zaměstnal pracovité. Lepší jméno zaměstnavatele mezi lidmi. Mnoho lidí ČEZ považuje za zloděje.

Uvědomil jsem si výhodu zaměstnání v ČEZ, a. s. po odchodu některých kolegů z důvodů organizačních změn.Neměli prakticky žádný problém i v krizovém období najít nové zaměstnání vzhledem k jejich konkrétní praxi, zajišťovaným činnostem a dovednostem získanými v ČEZ, a. s.

systém odměňování, expertní znalosti kolegů od kterých je možnost se učit
zrušení evidence odpracované doby u THP pracovníků, kde je povaha práce taková, že stejně musí být hotovo. Větší možnost pracovat z domova, kde to povaha práce umožňuje.
