flexibilní pracovní doba možnost čerpání benefitů široké spektrum pracovních možností
Více bych se zaměřil na možnosti benefitního programu. Systém vzdělávání je rok od roku hůře přístupnější pro většinu zaměstnanců. Daňově uznatelná zdravotní péče jako jsou sickdays, aktivní odpočinek, masáže, zdravotní péče nebo očkování takřka zcela chybí. 90% nabízených kulturních a i jiných služeb je směrováno pouze na Prahu, ale skupina ČEZ má sídla po celé ČR. Dále jako zaměstnanec mám nulovou možnost se podívat jak společnost funguje. Návštěva elektrárny, rozvodny, atdl. je takřka výjimečná záležitost.
