Učil jsem se pro ní, a po škole mohl rovnou nastoupit. Práce to byla zajímavá a na tu dobu i přiměřeně zaplacená
Více bych se spoléhal na své zaměstnance a míň využíval soukromé firmy, které v té době žili ze zásob společnosti a ještě dostali zaplaceno více než kdyby to udělali zaměstnanci sami

Prožil jsem zde krásné roky. Je to už dlouho, ale dodnes rád vzpomínám na kolegy i nadřízené. Myslím že zde byl vzájemný respekt a dobré vztahy.

přátelské pracovní prostředí, lidé jsou vůči sobě vstřícní, dokáží se bavit i o mimopracovních věcech
měl by více podporovat alternativní pracovní poměry, tj. částečné pracovní úvazky či práci z domova rovnoprávnost u mezd obou pohlaví
