Organizace umí pečovat o své zaměstnance a je to taková velká rodina. Všichni dokáží táhnout za jeden provaz a to je důležité.
Práce v sociálních službách v Čechách je obecně finančně velice podhodnocená, takže v tomhle směru je to škoda.

Zajímavé benefity, pravidelné půlroční odměny, takové to někdy rodinné prostředí,
Tak někdy vztahy mezi pracovníky, kdy se s relativně normálních situací, dělají velké problémy. Někdy více administrativy na úkor práce s uživateli. Někdy není moc velký prostor pro diskuzi a jsou uděleny pokyny, aniž by se to vzalo s jiných uhlů pohledů, což může vést, že je prosazen názor, který může více zatížit danou službu a může to pak postrádat logiku a zvýší to byrokracii.

Přístup mé nadřízené je fér a velmi slušný. Moje pečovatelky dělají svojí práci velmi dobře
