Oceňuji, že jsou nastavená pravidla v nich mám možnost se pohybovat, realizovat své vize a také za ně být hodnocen. Vážím si i profesionality organizace. Velmi oceňuji podporu Diakonie ČCE v dostavbě a rekonstrukci školy, především vedení stavby.
Nemám rád inovační projekty.

Nejlepší životní krok, který jsem ve svém životě udělala, bylo nastoupit do této práce. Naplňuje mě tady úplně všechno. Jsme skvělý kolektiv. Baví mě práce s našimi dětmi a co se týká finančního ohodnocení a zajímavých benefitů, jsem také moc spokojená :-)

Pracoviště mam v ,mistě bydliště
Vadi mi novinky ze strany vedoucich a celkove pristup k peči o klienty.mnoho svych vymyslu by si měli vyzkoušet samy nebo jit obšas s pečovatelkama do peče.
