Většina kolegů jsou skvělí, ochotní lidé.
Často chybí klid na práci. Často je potřeba řešit spousty administrativních úkonů nesouvisejících s vlastní prací.

S lidským přístupem, nepřeťěžováním, možností výkonu dle vlastních schopností a zdravotního omezení.
Koordinace jednotlivých úseků někdy působí chaoticky.

Možnost osobního rozvoje a růstu, během krátké doby jsem získala a získávám spoustu vědomostí a zkušeností
Na pracovišti, kde působím, by mělo více docházet ke komunikaci o prováděné práci tak, abychom se všichni na ní mohli podílet a především spolupracovat. Vedoucí nespolupracuje, nerozvíjí plány. Pak se nedají věc posunovat dál a stagnuje se. Nemohou se rozvíjet vztahy.

fluktuace pracovníků, pomalý nárůst mezd, nezastupitelnost některých pozic, práce víc než na jeden úvazek
